Cabinetry Factory controls quality from the timber to the finished kitchen cabinet, through our strict quality control system. Each cabinet we produced goes through more than 30 quality checkpoints before shipping. We implement first work piece inspection and confirmation system. Every worker is required to check the quality of first piece, and make sure it meet quality standard before volume-produce the kitchen cabinet order.Interior door factory During finishing, QC use Xread meter to check the color of kitchen cabinet doors every 30 minute, to ensure color consistency. The finishing line will be stopped to adjust the color in case the reading goes beyond allowable range. At the end of finishing line, we 100% check every piece of kitchen cabinet door and drawer front. Any piece found defective is picked out and transferred to finishing repair department, who decide whether remake, refinish, or fix the problem.
